By accessing and using Resna, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Resna is a platform that connects artists and venues for gig booking and payment processing. We provide the technology to facilitate these connections but are not a party to the agreements between artists and venues.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment processing is facilitated through Stripe. Resna charges a platform fee for successful bookings. Fee schedules are available in the app. All fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Artists agree to fulfill confirmed bookings and maintain professional conduct. Venues agree to provide accurate information about their venue and compensate artists as agreed. Both parties agree to treat each other respectfully.
Cancellation policies are subject to the agreement between the artist and venue. Resna may impose penalties for repeated cancellations that negatively impact the platform community.
Users may not use Resna for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to post false information, or to circumvent our payment systems.
Resna reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform community.
Resna is not liable for the actions of artists or venues on the platform. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid in the month prior to any claim.
